Refund Policy
When an order qualifies for a refund or refill, how to request one and how long it takes. Clear rules, stated up front.
- Instant delivery
- Secure payments
- 24/7 support
- No password needed
This page sets out when an order qualifies for a refund, when the right remedy is a refill instead, and what falls outside cover. It is deliberately specific, because vague refund terms are where disputes start — and because you should be able to tell before you order what happens if something goes wrong.
When you get a refund
A refund returns the charge to your panel balance. It applies when the order could not be delivered at all:
- The order never started and cannot be started.
- The service was cancelled by us or by the provider before any delivery.
- A duplicate charge was taken for the same order.
- The service was withdrawn while your order was still pending.
Partial delivery is refunded proportionally: if 40% was delivered, 60% comes back.
When you get a refill instead
If a service is marked with refill cover and the delivered count drops inside the stated window, the correct remedy is a refill rather than a refund. The order was delivered; the platform removed some of it afterwards, which is what the cover exists for. Request it from the order in your account.
Refund or refill?
| What happened | Remedy |
|---|---|
| Order never started | Refund |
| Order half delivered then stalled | Partial refund |
| Delivered in full, count dropped later, refill service | Refill |
| Delivered in full, count dropped later, no refill | Neither — the service was sold without cover |
What is not covered
These are the cases that come up most often, and being upfront about them saves everyone time:
- Ordering the wrong service. Check the service name and the platform before confirming.
- Pasting the wrong link, or a link to the wrong post. Delivery goes where you sent it.
- A private, deleted or renamed target. Once the link is invalid, delivery cannot resume and the remainder is lost.
- Drop on a service sold without refill. The lower price reflects the absent cover.
- Dissatisfaction with results where the order was delivered as described. "It did not make me go viral" is not a delivery fault.
- Account restrictions or bans imposed by the platform.
How to request one
Open a ticket from inside your account and include the order ID. Tickets raised from the order itself carry the details automatically, which is why they are resolved faster than an email describing the problem from memory.
Include what you expected, what happened, and when. A screenshot of the count at the time of the drop helps considerably on refill requests.
Order states, and what each one means for a refund
Most refund confusion comes from not knowing which state an order is in. Your order list shows the state; this is what each one means in practice.
| State | What it means | Refund position |
|---|---|---|
| Pending | Accepted, not yet started at the provider | Fully refundable if it never starts |
| In progress | Delivery is running | Not refundable while running; wait for it to settle |
| Partial | Some delivered, the rest could not be | Undelivered remainder refunded automatically |
| Completed | The full quantity was delivered | Not refundable; refill applies if the service carries it |
| Cancelled | Stopped before or during delivery | Refunded for whatever was not delivered |
The state that catches people out is completed with drop. The order delivered in full and then the count fell later. That is a refill situation, not a refund one, and it is why the refill window on a service matters more than any refund promise.
What to include when you raise a ticket
A ticket with the right information is usually resolved in one exchange; one without it turns into three. Include:
- The order ID. Tickets raised from the order page carry it automatically, which is why that route is faster than a fresh ticket.
- The count when you ordered and the count now. Without a starting number there is nothing to compare against.
- Roughly when you noticed. This matters for refill windows, which run from delivery rather than from when you checked.
- A screenshot, if the platform is showing something odd. Useful when the panel and the platform disagree about what was delivered.
A published refund position is itself a signal
Worth noting when you are comparing panels: many do not state one anywhere. A panel that writes down when it refunds, when it refills and when it does neither has committed to something you can hold it to. That check, alongside a few others, is in how to choose an SMM panel.
Things people expect to be covered that are not
Stated plainly so there is no surprise later. A completed order you changed your mind about is not refundable — the delivery happened and the provider was paid. An order placed on the wrong link is not refundable once delivered, because the delivery worked; it just went where you sent it. And an account restricted by the platform for unrelated reasons is not something a panel can compensate for.
What is always covered: an order that took your balance and delivered nothing.
Most orders that look stuck are waiting on a provider queue and complete on their own or after a retry. A ticket gets it looked at; cancelling early sometimes forfeits work already in progress.
Frequently asked questions
How long does a refund take?
Refunds are returned to your panel balance, usually within one business day of approval.
Can I get money back to my card?
Refunds go to your panel balance by default. Anything beyond that is handled case by case through a ticket and depends on the payment method.
My order is stuck — is that automatically a refund?
Not immediately. Raise a ticket; most stuck orders resolve with a retry or a provider switch. If it genuinely cannot be delivered, it is refunded.
How long do I have to request a refill?
The window is stated on the service — commonly 30 days. Outside that window the cover has expired.
What if I ordered on the wrong link?
If delivery has not started we can usually cancel it. Once it has started the order cannot be redirected.
New to this? Ordering takes four steps — create an account, add funds, paste a public link, track it. No password is involved at any point.
