By creating an account, placing an order, or using any part of famestate, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. If you use famestate on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business.
famestate is a social media marketing panel that lets users order engagement services (such as followers, likes and views) across supported platforms, and lets resellers automate ordering through our API and child-panel tools. Services are sourced from a network of providers and delivered automatically.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information at sign-up, use one account per person or business unless agreed otherwise, and notify us of any unauthorised use. You must be at least 18 years old to use famestate.

Once submitted, an order is sent to our providers and generally cannot be cancelled after it starts processing. Delivery times shown are estimates and may vary with platform conditions and order size. Keep the target profile or post public for the duration of the order — orders on private, deleted or incorrect links cannot be completed and are not refundable.
Funds added to your account are stored as balance and used to pay for orders. Payments are processed by third-party gateways. Prices are shown per service and may change over time. Balance is intended for ordering services on famestate; withdrawal, where offered, is subject to our review and anti-fraud checks.
Some services include a refill period, stated in the service description. If eligible delivered counts drop within that window, you may request a refill. Refills apply only to the specific service and terms shown at the time of order.
Our API and child-panel features let you automate orders and run your own panel. You must keep your API key confidential, respect rate limits, and remain responsible for orders placed through your integration and for your own customers.
The famestate name, brand, website and software are our property or licensed to us. You may not copy, resell, or create derivative works from our platform except as expressly permitted (for example, using the API as intended).
famestate is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not control or guarantee the behaviour of third-party social platforms, and we are not affiliated with them. Results can vary, and platform policy changes may affect delivery.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, famestate is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for actions taken by third-party platforms against your accounts. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order in question.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, engage in fraud or abuse, or create risk for our platform or providers. Where reasonable, we will give notice. You may stop using the service at any time.
We may update these terms as our service and the law evolve. Material changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised terms.
