How famestate collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our SMM panel and services.

Last updated: July 2026

1. Introduction

famestate ("we", "us", "our") operates a social media marketing (SMM) panel that lets customers order engagement services and resellers run their own panels through our API. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to the practices described here.

2. Information we collect

Account information

When you register, we collect your username, email address, and a securely hashed password. We never store your password in plain text.

Order information

To fulfil an order we collect the public link you submit (profile, post, video or channel), the service and quantity selected, and the resulting order status.

Financial information

We record your account balance and a history of deposits and orders. Card and wallet details are handled by our payment processors — see Payment data below.

Technical information

Like most websites, we automatically log IP address, browser type, device information and pages visited to keep the service secure and diagnose issues.

3. How we use your information

  • To create and secure your account and authenticate logins.
  • To process orders and deliver the services you request.
  • To process deposits, credit your balance, and prevent fraud.
  • To provide customer support and respond to tickets.
  • To send essential service notices (never spam) about your account or orders.
  • To improve reliability, detect abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data.

4. Payment data

Payments are processed by third-party gateways. When you add funds, your card, UPI, crypto or wallet details are entered directly with the payment provider — famestate does not receive or store your full payment credentials. We only receive a confirmation of the amount and status so we can credit your balance.

5. Cookies & tracking

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember preferences such as your selected currency and theme. We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling essential cookies may prevent you from logging in.

6. Sharing & third parties

We share the minimum data necessary with:

  • Service providers that fulfil your orders on the connected platforms.
  • Payment processors to complete deposits.
  • Infrastructure providers (hosting, email delivery) that operate our platform.
  • Authorities where required by law or to protect our rights and users.

These parties are only permitted to use your data to perform their function for us.

7. Data security

We protect your data with encryption in transit, hashed passwords, access controls, and regular monitoring. No system is perfectly secure, but we work continuously to safeguard your information and will notify affected users of any breach as required by law.

8. Data retention

We keep your account and order data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, and meet legal or accounting requirements. You may request deletion of your account, subject to records we must retain by law.

9. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

10. Children's privacy

Our services are intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a minor has provided us data, contact us and we will remove it.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices or the law. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the revised policy.
