When famestate issues refunds, how they work, and how to request one. We aim to be fair and transparent on every order.

Because famestate delivers digital services that begin processing almost immediately, refunds work differently than for physical goods. This policy explains exactly when a refund applies. Our goal is simple: if we can't deliver what you paid for, you don't lose your money.
You are eligible for a full refund when:
In these cases the amount is returned to your famestate balance so you can re-order or withdraw where withdrawal is offered.
If an order is only partially completed, we refund the undelivered portion. For example, if you ordered 1,000 and 700 were delivered, the value of the remaining 300 is credited back to your balance.
Refunds are not available when:
Please double-check your link and service before ordering — most non-refundable cases come from incorrect order details.
Approved refunds are credited to your famestate account balance, which you can immediately use for new orders. We do not typically refund to the original payment method, as balance credit is faster and lets you re-order without delay.
Open a support ticket from the contact page with your order number and a short description of the issue. Our team reviews the order status and responds as quickly as possible, usually within our standard support window.
Most eligible refunds to balance are processed shortly after review. Complex cases that require checking with a provider may take a little longer; we'll keep you updated on your ticket.
If you have a problem with an order, please contact us first — we can almost always resolve it. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting support may result in account suspension while the dispute is reviewed.
We may update this Refund Policy as our services evolve. Changes are posted here with a new "Last updated" date, and continued use means you accept the current version.
