The row that matters commercially is the UWG. German courts have taken misleading advertising seriously for a long time, and presenting a purchased following to a client as organic reach in order to win a contract is a different act from buying it. Buying is not the exposure; misrepresenting is.

Paying by SEPA
Within the euro area, SEPA transfers are cheap and same-day or next-day, and SEPA Instant is seconds where both banks support it. For a larger top-up that is usually the cheapest route available — a flat cost rather than a percentage.

German-language content needs German-targeted delivery
More than in most markets, because German-language content has a naturally bounded audience — Germany, Austria, Switzerland — and a follower base that does not overlap it is visibly wrong. An account posting in German with a predominantly South Asian audience fails the first check a brand runs.

The DACH audience is one market, three countries
