The mistake almost everyone makes
Ordering members and stopping there. It produces the single most obvious pattern on Telegram: a channel with 15,000 subscribers whose posts show 200 views. Every experienced Telegram user reads that instantly, and reads it correctly.
View counts on Telegram are public, permanent and attached to every individual post. They are a running audit of whether your subscriber count is real. If you are going to raise the member count, the view count has to move with it or the member count works against you.
